Avenged Sevenfold Story

Avenged Sevenfold atau lebih dikenal sebagai A7X atau Sevenfold, didirikan oleh Zacky Vengeance (gitar) dan M. Shadows (vokal), ketika mereka masih SMA di Orange County. Kemudian mereka mengajak The Reverend Tholomew Plague (drum), dan mereka merilis demo pada tahun 1999

Perilisan demo awal pada tahun 1999, sehingga ditetapkan sebagai tahun lahirnya Avenged Sevenfold. Pada tahun 2002 mereka kembali merilis Sounding The Seventh Trumpet yang sebelumnya pernah dirilis pada tahun 2001, dimulai dengan Masuknya Synyster Gates (gitar) pada trek prtama pada album Sounding the Sevent Trumpet.

Lalu mereka menjalin kerjasama dengan Hopeless Records, dan merilis Waking the Fallen, dengan mengeluarkan hits Mainstream, Unholy Confessions. Album ini mendapat dukungan yang tinggi dari Rolling Stones Magazine.

City of Evil (Jalan Menuju Mainstream)

Tahun 2005 , Amerika Serikat tengah jenuh dengan musik hip-hop dan pop yang merajalela , lalu Avenged Sevenfold merilis album mereka City of Evil dengan hits single Bat Country yg merupakan lagu metal/rock prtama yg merajai MTV TRL . mereka mempopulerkan kembali solo gitar dengan duet gitaris Synster Gates dan Zacky Vengeance yg benar-benar memanaskan area moshpit. Album tersebut mendapat sertifikasi gold dan memenangkan predikat Best New Artist in a Video di MTV VMA 2006 untuk lagu Bat Country.

Tahun 2007 , mereka kembali masuk studio untuk merekam lagu terbaru mereka untuk studio album ke-5 mereka. Awal Agustus 2007 , mereka menjalani tur Asia Pasifik mereka , dan sempat mampir di Indonesia dan memainkan lagu mereka pertama kali didepan publik , lagu yang berjudul Almost Easy tersebut mendapat sambutan hangat dari penggemar di seluruh dunia.

2008 ini .. mereka akan berpartisipasi sebagai headliners di taste of chaos , tur tahunan / warped tour musim dingin . mereka akan bermain bersama dengan bullet for my valentine , atreyu , dan blessthefall ,

Ciri khas

Mereka cenderung memainkan nuansa agresif pada vokal, gitar, dan drum (bass tetap statis). Dengan sentuhan yang dinamis, mau keras atau lambat, mereka tetap menggunakan harmonisasi yang luar biasa dan komposisi yang teratur. Sebut saja lagu-lagu yang sedikit melow, seperti Seize The Day dan Dear God, gitarnya tetap di drop Dm seperti halnya metal-metal kebanyakan. Kemudian, ciri khasnya selain komposisi dan drop, Syn memasukkan nuansa sweep picking (arpeggio) di hampir semua lagunya. Keindahan sweep picking yang dipadukan dengan kromatik, slide, dan teknik-teknik lainnya bisa kita dengar di lagu The Wicked End. Kemudian selain itu, tidak lupa juga sentuhan akustik yang membawa suasana seperti di Hawaii, bisa kita dengar di lagu Sidewinder. The General Problem and It's Solution

“ cannot find folder options under tools tab”

I hope these suggestion can fix the problem..

“This is probably you administrator who assigned the "Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu" group policy to restrict you from using it. Try checking it.
1. Click Start and then click Run item to open the Run box
2. Type rsop.msc in the open field and press Enter
3. The Resultant Set of Policy (RSoP) master will be launched, the info will be gathered and you will see the Resultant Set of Policy snap-in opened
4. In the opened snap-in, navigate the path User Configuration\Adminsitartive Templates\Windows Components
5. Now if you see the Windows Explorer folder within the Windows Components folder, it means the "Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu" or the other connected with changes in Windows Explorer was applied to your computer. Let's check it.
6. Open the Windows Explorer in the left panel of the Resultant Set of Policy snap-in and switch to the right panel.
7. You will see the list of items listed there. Each item represents a policy applied to you. "You" that means, to your account as we are observing the User configuration section
8. In the list of policies find the "Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu" policy. If it's there, you are problably in troubles. That means someone has applied that policy to you
9. Let's check who it was. Double-click on the policy to open the policy properties
10. Switch to the Precedence tab to observe the list of policies applied to you
11. If you see the Local Group Policy in the GPO Name column that means, local policies were applied. If you see your domain name in the GPO Name or something another then the Local Group Policy that means the site/domain/OU policies were applied to you by the administator of your domain which your computer belongs to

If you see only the Local Group Policy in the list we can change that back. You need to have local administrative rights to do that but because you also need to have them to view the effective policy, I guess you have them. Here is what we will do
1. Open Run dialog as shown above
2. Type gpedit.msc in the open field and press Enter
3. The Group Policy snap-in will be launched
4. In the opened snap-in, navigate the path User Configuration\Adminstrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Explorer
5. In the right panel find the mentioned "Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu" policy
6. Double-click on it and select Disabled or Not Configured radio button. That will depend on what you want to have. If your domain policy (that one configured by your domain admin) is also not defined, your Local Policy will remain disabled you will set it to Disabled. But if your domain policy is set to Enable, your local policy will be overwritten by that domain policy as domain group policy takes precendece.
7. Let's set it to Not Defined
8. Click OK to close dialog box
9. Close Group Policy snap-in

We need to apply the changes we made.
1. Start Run dialog box as shown above and type cmd to start the command window
2. In the command window type
gpupdate /force
3. This will apply the changes
4. Check that changes were applied. Start the Resultant Set of Policy snap-in as shown above and naviate to the User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Explorer\ folder
5. You'll see there's either no Windows Explorer folder presented more or no "Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu" policy in the policy list if you set it to Not Configured. If you set it to Disabled, you will see the policy with Disabled defined for it

Now that's done.

Shortly, what this settings really does, it sets the NoFolderOptions parameter to in the HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer key in your registry. You can check it for yourself.

You can find the complete list of group policies and their the corresponding registry settings here.

Alternatively you can try restoring the command by using this registry file. Be attentive and don't use it without making the restore point to be able to roll back changes.

apalagi yang menyangkut masalah agama, dan yang punya mulut itu, kalo ga salah dari Tim Pengacara Muslim, ketika tampil di acara Debat di TV One, dan topik yang diperdebatkan ga jauh jauh dari masalah pembubaran Ahmadiyah
hampir setiap perkataan yang dilontarkan oleh "beliau" laksana sampah yang bagusnya dibuang ke tong sampah. Tong sampahpun kayaknya masih terlalu suci untuk menampung perkataan si bangsat ini.

Delapan tahun yang lalu tepatnya juni 2000, kesebelasan kesayanganku BELANDA "THE ORANJE" bertekuk lutut di tangan juara dunia 4 kali ITALY "THE AZZURI" pada semi final EURO BELANDA & BELGIA 2000 lewat kalah adu penalti. Rasanya sangat terpukul menyaksikan tim sehebat Belanda yang mampu memperagakan Total Footbal almost perfect waktu itu tidak mampu melenggang kangkung ke final yang sudah di depan mata. Do you know my reader? I'm almost criyng on the time, TAPIIIIIII...akhirnya pagi tadi sakit hatiku terbayar lunas..why?

..(delapan tahun kemudian) Pagi tadi Belanda melumat habis tim Italy dengan skor mencolok 3-0, bayangkan, tim sekelas Italy yang baru saja menjadi kampiun pada Word Cup 2006 ditekuk tak berdaya dengan skor telak begitu...(SAYA YAKIN BANDAR TARUHAN DI SELURUH BELAHAN DUNIA BANYAK YANG TEKOR HARI INI...kacian deh..!)

Dan Anak Kembar Itu pun Menjadi Dewa

Melahirkan anak kembar mungkin sudah menjadi berita biasa bagi sebagian besar masyarakat. Tapi lain halnya dengan di Bali, dan lebih khusus di desaku. Ada satu tradisi unik di desaku yang mungkin di tempat lain tidak ada. Melahirkan anak kembar di Desa Songan dianggap sebagai suatu berkah bagi masyarakat disana.
Jika dulu ketika masa-masa feodal masih kuat pengaruhnya di Bali, bisa jadi melahirkan anak kembar menjadi suatu bencana bagi keluarga yang mempunyai anak kembar itu. Apalagi sampai yang dilahirkan adalah anak kembar buncing (satu laki, satu perempuan), bisa-bisa si bapak dan si ibu beserta bayinya diungsikan, karena melahirkan anak kembar dianggap suatu aib.
Dulu ketika sebuah keluarga biasa melahirkan anak kembar buncing dianggao merupakan suatu aib bagi desa dimana keluarga itu tinggal. Sedangkan jika anak kembar lahir di keluarga puri atau kerajaan, penafsirannya lantas berbeda. Si anak kembar dianggap memang berjodoh sejak lahir dan biasanya dibesarkan di tempat yang terpisah, hingga ketika remaja nanti dipertemukan kembali sebagai pasangan suami istri dan akan mendapat tempat yang sangat terhormat di lingkungan keluarga kerajaan.
Mungkin atas dasar itulah, kemudian jika ada warga masyarakat biasa melahirkan anak kembar dianggap menyaingi keluarga kerajaan, sehingga layaklah warga yang melahirkan anak kembar buncing tadi mendapat hukuman dari sang raja. Lantas hukuman pengungsian dijatuhkan kepada si warga tadi. Biasanya warga yang melahirkan anak kembar dibuatkan tenda darurat yang biasanya berlokasi di tempat terpencil, kadang ada yang berlokasi di dekat kuburan desa dan tidak seorang pun boleh menjenguknya.
Mungkin setiap desa adat di Bali mempunyai cara yang berbeda dalam memperlakukan masyarakat yang melahirkan kembar.
Kembali ke desaku, saya masih ingat pada tahun 80-an tradisi “membuang” atau mengungsikan warga yang melahirkan anak kembar masih terjadi. Namun belakangan tradisi itu sudah tidak ada lagi. Mungkin tokoh-tokoh masyarakat di Songan sudah mempunyai awig yang baru mengenai hal ini, atau mungkin juga merujuk kepada peraturan perundang-undangan yang telah ada seperti : Bhisama PHDI tahun 1971 dan Peraturan Daerah Bali Nomor 3 Tahun 2002. Semuanya berintikan mengimbau kepada komunitas adat, terutama jajaran prajuru (pengurus desa adat), supaya menyesuaikan awig-awig-nya dengan hukum agama dan hukum yang berlaku.
Tapi di sisi lain ada keunikan lain yang berkaitan dengan melahirkan anak kembar ini. Jika di tempat lain di Bali dianggap sebagai suatu aib, di tempatku justru dianggap suatu berkah. Anak kembar dianggap sebagai dewa, dibuatkan pelinggih layaknya sebuah sanggah. (Kemarin, di lingkungan keluargaku habis ngeteg linggih pelinggih dewa kembar ini, dan menhgabiskan sekitar 40 juta untuk bangunannya saja.) Si kembar kemudian dipanggil dengan sebutan jero. Jika anak yang dilahirkan keduanya laki-laki, maka yang lahir duluan akan dipanggil Jero Ageng atau Jero Agung sedangkan yang lahir belakangan akan dipanggil Jero Alit. Sedangkan jika lahir laki-perempuan, yang laki dipanggil Jero Lanang dan yang perempuan dipanggil Jero Istri.
Setiap enam bulanan Bali (satu bulan Bali berumur 35 hari kalender), di kembar dibuatkan upacara yang bisa dibilang cukup besar. Tapi biasanya upacara ini ditanggung oleh “penyungsungnya” yaitu semua orang yang ikut urunan untuk merayakan ultah Bali si kembar ini. Yang menjadi penyungsung bukan hanya ayah dan ibu dari si kembar, tapi kadangkala meluas sampai ke semua kerabat dekat dari keluarga si kembar, bisa sampai misan, mindon bahkan lebih jauh lagi.
Upacara ini berlangsung terus, bahkan hingga si kembar telah meninggal dunia upcara masih terus dilangsungkan tiap bulan. Jika tidak, dianggap arwah si kembar yang dianggap dewa bisa memberi kutukan yang bisa menyengsarakan garis keturunan dan keluarga terdekatnya.
Saya masih belum paham betul, mengapa tradisi ini bisa terjadi. Kadang perasaan menjadi bercampur antara percaya dan tidak percaya, jadi ngikut saja, selama itu masih bukan sebuah beban bagi saya. Sayangnya saya tidak pernah melakukan penelitian mendalam tentang tradisi ini.

Fantastic Scenery and Fresh Air in Kintamani (Toya Bungkah and Batur Volcano

Kintamani is located in Bangli Regency. This place has a very fresh air and sometimes there is being cold and misty. It is really has a truly beautiful scenery. It is about 77 kilometers from Kuta. Kintamani has 2 most popular tourist objects.
Toya Bungkah.
It is Spot of Hot spring water that people believe can cure some diseases. The temperature is about 15-25 degree Celsius. This Hot Spring Water is surrounded by ancient villages such as Kedisan, Buahan, Trunyan and Soongan.
Toya Bungkah already known by anthropologists in year 1930, then in year 1976, Toya Bungkah promoted again by The International Association for Art and The Future which is coordinated by Prof.DR. S. Takdir Alisyahbana.
Then nowadays, Toya Bungkah becomes very famous and the promotion has been success.
Batur Volcano
This volcano is still active. You can see a spectacular view from above. When you come to this place you may pay for some charge to enter both of these places, Toya Bungkah and Batur Vulcano. But it is quiet cheap, only 7.500 rupiahs when I came there. And there also a museum called, Batur Vulcano Museum. In some restaurants provide some information about the volcano, the time when it was erupted and other information about it.
In this spot you also can buy some Balinese gift for your family and friends, u can also bargain here for a reasonable price.
You can see the view during your lunch time; there are a lot of restaurants, so you do not have to worry about food. All food taste very delicious, really great. That is why I recommended you to try it!
